What makes up a Vantage Score?

From 300 to 850, your Vantage Score is made up of six different components and it's approached differently than your FICO score.

Each category is broken down for how influential each component is.

  1. Total credit usage, balance and available credit (extremely influential)

  2. Credit mix and experience (highly influential)

  3. Payment history (moderately influential)

  4. Age of credit history (less influential)

  5. New accounts opened ( less influential)

Your vantage score is a great gauge in understanding your credit health, however your FICO score are the most widely used and recognized.
